The word metanoia is a Greek word used in the Bible for “repent.” Metanoia is a fundamental shift or movement of mind; a change in direction.
Metanoia Ministries exists to nurture kingdom flourishing by equipping leaders to lead with humility, integrity, courage and justice.

Since 1993, Metanoia Ministries has:
- Served more than 115 churches in more than 50 denominations across North America and in Europe.
- Trained thousands of pastors, lay leaders, and volunteers across the United States.
- Conducted leadership workshops and conferences in Canada, Great Britain, The Netherlands, Hungary, Poland and South Korea.
- Published numerous books, articles and resources for Christian leaders.
What We Believe
We affirm that..
- The Holy Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God. (Psa 12:6; 2 Tim 3:15,16; 2 Pet 1: 20, 21)
- There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deut 4:35;6:4; Mt 28:19; 2 Cor 13:14)
- Jesus Christ is God’s Son, the Messiah, who was virgin born, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, was crucified, buried, and rose from the grave on the third day, ascended to the right hand of God the Father, and will return in power and glory.(Philp 2: 1-12; Mt 1:23)
- The Holy Spirit is the active, empowering presence of God who convicts the world of sin and enables the Christian to live and grow in godliness. (1Cor 12; Jhn 14: 15-18; 16:7-10, 13; Acts 1:8
- The Church is God’s agent for reconciliation. The Church is the Body and Bride of Christ—the social context of a new spiritual reality. (Mat 28:19,20; Acts 1:8,9; 14:27; Eph1: 22-23)
